Concert Child Care Service for ticket holding parent / guardian – Information
Childcare service is available for the guests with tickets for “the HALL” program. Concert ticket is NOT included. Entry to the concert is by advance ticket purchase only.
This service is for pre-school children of age 1 to 6.
We only accept payment by credit card.

Children with illnesses and who just recovered from illness cannot attend.
Charges apply to Childcare service only. A parent or guardian must obtain concert ticket in advance.
In case of too many applications, we will hold a draw for place allocation.
If you have One-Day Pass ticket, you will be charged for 2 programs. (¥8,400) .
A parent or guardian must pick up their children after the first program. They can be dropped off again before the night program starts at 18:00.

A parent or guardian with corresponding concert ticket can apply for this service, by filling out the application form provided below.
In case of too many applications, we will hold a draw for place allocation. Selected guests will be contacted about the details regarding payment methods and procedures via email.
Concert Child Care provides a wide range of toys and experienced nursing stuff trained within Shogakukan-Shueisha Productions’ original training program.
In preparation of events of accident, we have joined the social security system for the childcare service industry (liability and nonlife insurance).
Identification of a parent or guardian (Driver’s license, Health Insurance Card, etc)
Snack (if necessary)
Drinks (Bring prepared, we do not provide hot water)
Diapers (for a child in toilet training as well)
Wipes
Change of clothes
Hand towel(s)
Parents are to provide clearly named items in a named bag.
*Strollers can also be kept in the center.
Procedure
Children cannot be dropped off before opening time. Please arrive well ahead of time to go through due formalities.
Please provide Childcare ticket, Concert ticket (with a seat number) and identification of a parent or guardian at the reception. Please let our staff know if you have any special requirements. Please feed the child beforehand, and bring your child in a dry, clean diaper.
You will be given a “pick-up card” after your children is given over to childcare staff. This card is provided to identify a parent or guardian, and to ensure security for the child. Please make sure that you keep the card safely during the concert.
You will be asked to provide the “pick-up card” in order to pick up the child.
Please pick up the child within 30 minutes after the end of concert.
Important Notes
This service is exclusively for the guests of “the HALL” program.
No customers who do not obtain corresponding tickets can be accepted. On the day of concert, customers will be requested to present the ticket stubs at the reception of Concert Child Care. (Seat numbers will also be checked.)
Please consult us beforehand if children need any special care. We may not be able to accept them in some cases.
Children who have any degree of fever or any illness which can be infectious cannot attend. Also, we cannot be responsible in case children become ill.
In case of injury or developing a fever during the day, we will immediately contact to the contact written in the form which will be filled out on the day.
No food is included in the service. Please feed the child beforehand. Bringing their own food is not permitted. According to the time of drop off, only snacks such as rice crackers, biscuits etc. can be kept if necessary.
A wide range of toys are prepared in the center. Please do not bring their own toys which can be lost.
Eligible children:
Age: age 1 to 6 (pre-school children)
Children with illness or who just recovered from illness cannot attend.
The center will be placed at Hall A lobby on the 6th Floor (subject to change)
After receiving the Childcare service fee, any cancellation, refund, change of the date will not be accepted for any reason.
