Are small children allowed?

Preschool children are not allowed in the hall concert. Nursery service (paid) will be available at the venue.

Could we cancel tickets after purchase?

Sorry, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase.

Can we leave our seats during the concert and come back?

Yes. Please show your ticket to the venue staff. Reentry will not be granted if you lose your ticket.

Will there be official merchandise?

Yes, we plan to have official merchandise including an official guide book. These and the performing artists’ CDs, etc., will be on sale at the venue.

What is it like inside NHK Hall?
